The full moon is a powerful time to release what no longer serves you and welcome in fresh energy. Under its luminous glow, we’ll gather in sacred community for an evening designed to realign your body, mind, and spirit.
This circle is more than a meditation—it’s a healing experience filled with movement, reflection, and soulful connection.

Healing Circles
Meditate & Paint!!
Join us for a truly unique and soul-nourishing journey—Meditate & Paint, a 7-part, once monthly, healing circle dedicated to exploring one of the seven chakras in each session.
In this intimate, creative, and healing experience, you will:
✨ Learn about the Chakra of the month—its meaning, signs of balance or imbalance, and ways to support it.
✨ Be guided through a soothing meditation incorporating aroma therapy to connect with that energy center.
✨ Create a chakra-inspired painting to take home. Each participant will be guided by artist Lauren (ArtGal Lolo) to create a unique piece of art reflective of their journey. No art experience needed!
✨ Receive Chakra information to take home, along with a crystal and affirmation card connected to that chakra.
✨ Enjoy an optional 12-minute mini Reiki session from Rose of Led By Love while you paint.
Beautiful, handmade Chakra crystal bracelets will also be available for purchase to further support your energy journey.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, stress relief, and energetic balance. It works by channeling universal life force energy to support the body’s natural healing processes.
What does a Reiki session feel like?
Clients often describe Reiki as deeply calming. You may feel warmth, tingling, or a soothing sense of peace. Some people even fall asleep—it’s perfectly okay!
Do I have to believe in Reiki for it to work?
No belief is required. Reiki works regardless of your spiritual or religious background. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to relax.
What should I wear to a Reiki session?
Wear comfortable clothing. You’ll remain fully clothed while lying on a massage table or seated in a chair, covered with a blanket if desired.
How many sessions do I need?
That depends on your goals. Some feel a shift after one session, while others benefit from regular treatments. We can discuss a plan that’s right for you.
